Anne U. Clutterbuck
Anne Clutterbuck is a Vice President at AECOM, a global engineering firm with offices throughout the U.S.. An attorney and former elected official, she served on Houston City Council for three terms from 2006 through 2011, when she was term limited. While on Houston City Council, she was Chair of the Budget and Fiscal Affairs Committee and Mayor Pro Tem.
Since 2006, Commissioner Clutterbuck has served on the Board of the Holocaust Museum Houston in various capacities ranging from the Advisory Board to serving as a Secretary of the Board and member of the executive committee.
Commissioner Clutterbuck is a member of the Board of Managers of the Harris County Hospital District, also know as the Harris Health System, the public health system for Harris County, where she serves on the executive committee as Secretary of the Board.
Commissioner Clutterbuck received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. She and her husband John Clutterbuck have two children. She is a member of Christ the King ELC in Houston, Texas.
