Dr. Frank Kasman
From Bay City, Texas, Dr. Kasman graduated from the University of Texas, Austin; University of Texas Dental Branch, Houston; and Tufts University PG School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kasman specializes in Endodontics in his dental practice. He was a past President of both the Jewish Community Council of Austin and Temple Beth El (Odessa, TX). He has served on the Board of Directors for B 'nai Brith of the Permian Basin and as a member of the UJAYoung Leadership Cabinet. Dr. Kasman has researched the Lithuanian Village of Radin and published multiple documents relating to the Holocaust in Radin and the Chofetz Hayyim. He donated the Radin collection to the University of Texas Dolph Briscoe Center and is part of the lectureship circuit at the university’s Schusterman School of Jewish Studies on Eastern European Life.
